FAQ
What is the difference from contracting Google directly?
The features and quality of Google Workspace do not change based on where you purchase. We provide official licenses under Google's partner program — the differences are price and support. Through us, you get discounted pricing, a Japanese-language help desk, JPY invoicing, and setup assistance.
How can you offer a discount?
We are an authorized reseller sourcing licenses through a Google Cloud authorized distributor. Partner wholesale pricing and our low-overhead operation let us pass the savings on to you. The applicable discount is up to 9.5%, depending on license count and contract terms.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New customers can use a 30-day free trial (14 days when signing up directly with Google). Try it in your actual environment first.
Can we start without our own domain?
Yes — we can support you from domain acquisition onward. Domain configuration, account structure design, and migration consulting are included in our free onboarding support. Hands-on work such as acquiring the domain on your behalf or operating the admin console is available as paid support with a quote.
Do you offer employee training?
Yes. We provide internal training tailored to your team — from the basics of Gmail, Calendar, and Drive to putting AI features like Gemini to work in daily operations. Training is quoted based on content and number of sessions, so feel free to ask.
Can sole proprietors apply?
Corporations, incorporated organizations, and sole proprietors with actual business operations can apply. Because the service is for business use, applications for personal (consumer) use are not accepted.
How long does it take from contract to start of use?
License issuance is usually completed within 5 business days after application, though this may vary depending on the review process.
What are your support hours?
Inquiries are accepted 24/7 via form and LINE. Phone and Google Meet support is available weekdays 9:00-22:00 and weekends 9:00-18:00 JST. Support is available in Japanese, English, and Spanish.
What payment methods are available?
Currently we support invoice payment in Japanese yen (invoices sent by email at the beginning of each month). Other payment methods such as credit cards and direct debit are not yet supported.
Can I reduce the number of licenses mid-contract?
With annual plans, license counts cannot be reduced during the contract period; reductions can be requested at renewal. With flexible plans, you can increase or decrease monthly.
